This past weekend, Empress Naturals had the pleasure of attending the International Congress of Esthetics & Spa convention in Long Beach, California.
ICES is a highly acclaimed convention that hosts a handful of trade shows throughout the United States each year. Various businesses, industry leaders, estheticians, skincare specialists, cosmetologists and more come from around the country to attend these shows in hopes of learning about the beauty industry’s newest trends and strategies.
These shows are organized and produced by Les Nouvelles Esthétiques & Spa Magazine, a trade publication with a worldwide reputation in the beauty industry. Their content includes educating their subscribers and providing leadership in this fast-paced beauty environment. They are known for being “dedicated to bringing inspiration, support and up-to-date knowledge to the world of skin care and spas”.
Our booth featured mini gifts for people that RSVP’d with us beforehand, our products for wholesale, information about us as a brand and our organic ingredients, mini massages, skin consultations, and much more.
In spite of the hurricane greatly reducing the amount of people able to attend the show, we still managed to have an incredibly successful and memorable time at our booth, which we couldn’t be more proud of! We got the chance to talk with both returning and brand new customers, network with other small business owners, and of course, share the magic of Empress Naturals with a very special crowd of industry professionals and practitioners.
Overall, the success of this event has motivated and inspired us to join in on the next convention happening in Miami in a few short months! We are greatly looking forward to preparing an even grander exhibit than our last, and meeting more of you this next time around!
