What is your return policy?

If you’re unhappy with our product for any reason, please feel free to initiate a return via our returns center. We offer a 30-day money-back on our products. 

How do I start a return?

Is your return policy different during the holidays?

We offer a 60-day guarantee on all products purchased during the holidays between November 1st and December 31st. If you’re not satisfied with a product for any reason, please feel free to initiate a return at our center.

If you have purchased a bundled product from us, please contact us through email so that we may handle any problems or concerns you may have.

What should I do if my package was lost in transit or stolen?

Please reach out to us via email and we ensure that we will get you your products ASAP.

When will my order ship?

All of our products are individually packaged by hand and will typically ship within 24 to 72 hours. Kindly note that orders placed on last working day i.e Friday after 1 P.M. PST will be processed the following Monday.

Tracking shows delivered, however order has not arrived. What can I do?

If it never arrives, please reach out to us via email. We ensure that we will get you your products ASAP.

How can I change my shipping address?

You may update your shipping destination by going to your Account Details page. To make changes, click the edit button. Please remember to save the changes after you've finished.

If you have a subscription, you can also modify the address here or use the Subscription Management page to set your default delivery address.

Where do you ship?

To all 50 states in the United Stated States of America. 

What products are recommend for use during pregnancy?

Our recommended pregnancy products are free of chemicals that may negatively affect the unborn child; however we highly recommend consulting with your doctor before using any product on your skin during pregnancy.

Are the blends safe to use while breast feeding and during pregnancy?

We recommend asking your doctor or practitioner for their advice regarding the topical application of essential oils breast feeding or during pregnancy. Please check the complete ingredient lists on our website.

Does Empress Naturals have a recycling program?

Currently, we do not have a bottle recycling program. We thoroughly researched it and found that the amount of water used to properly clean and sanitize the bottles combined with the need for additional shipping leaves a larger carbon footprint than at-home recycling. However, the world is constantly evolving, and if we find a more environmentally friendly option for products we will keep our customers updated.

Are your products organic?

Every ingredient in our bottles is USDA-Organic certified. We are committed to only using healthy and secure ingredients of the highest quality.

Many factors go into consideration for our ingredients, including being sustainably farmed, devoid of hazardous preservatives, and and free of any contamination in the production and distribution process.

Every single product we use is independently certified by the WFCF to provide total confidence in the quality and safety of our ingredients, meaning it won’t have a negative impact on you or the environment. 

Our ingredient criteria measures more than just certification. Please consult our specific product pages and packaging for further information.

Why does my new bottle of Anti-Ageing Serum have different colour or scent than my previous one?

Various elements in nature can impact the colour, consistency and fragrance of plant-based ingredients from harvest to harvest. These variances are a sign of Mother Nature at work and further guarantee our 100% organic promise. 

Are your products cruelty-free?

Yes, we are 100% cruelty-free. We do not test on animals and awaiting certification.

Where are the ingredients from?

We source our ingredients from the purest source. Whatever country has the best quality product, we get the ingredients straight from there and bring them on your skin.

Are your products certified organic?

Our products are USDA Certified Organic by WFCF. The items are certified organic by looking for the USDA Organic symbol located on the product page.

How do I apply Empress Naturals Anti-Ageing serum?

Skin can vary from oily to dry depending on a number of environmental and genetic factors.

Apply 2-10 drops of Anti-Ageing serum to a clean, dry face after assessing how much nourishment your skin need.

We suggest using your fingertips to gently press and massage serum into the face, neck and chest. 

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept debit, credit cards and PayPal. At this time, we are unfortunately unable to accept prepaid gift cards, checks, or money orders.

Can I combine promotion codes or discounts?

Unfortunately promo codes and discounts cannot be combined.


Yes, stored payments may easily be updated or removed from your Account Details page. To delete or add a new payment, go to "Account Details" > "Edit."

I'm having trouble logging into my account. What do I do?

If you are unable to remember your password, you can click on the “Forgot?” click on the Tab on the login screen. And an email will be sent to you to reset your password. If this doesn’t work, you can email us and we will reset it for you.

How can I review my order history?

You can view your purchase history on your Empress Naturals Account page. This section can be found when you click on your name in the top left corner of the website. If you need more information about a recent order, reach out to us via email

Can I change or cancel my order?

Our system is designed to handle orders rapidly so that our clients receive their orders as soon as possible. As a result, changing a confirmed order is currently not possible.

If you wish to cancel a purchase, please send an email to our crew as soon as possible, and we will do all that we can to cancel the order or, assist you in obtaining a refund on any items you wish to return.
